We may convert your account to inactive status if you do not log in to the online bank or if you have not planned an online transaction for a consecutive period of 90 (90) days. If your account is considered inactive, you should contact us to activate the online bank before you can plan any transaction through an online bank. If an alleged error involves an electronic transfer of funds outside a state or territory or owning the United States, we may take up to ninety (90) days to review your complaint and we may take up to twenty (20) working days to credit your account for the amount you believe to be false. We will send you a written statement within three (3) business days after the investigation is complete. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written statement. You can request copies of the documents we used during the investigation. You agree that first National Bank of Sterling City may respond by e-mail regarding any claims related to an unauthorized electronic transfer related to the service. Such emails, which are sent to you by the First National Bank of Sterling City, are deemed to be received within three (3) days of the ETF`s delivery date, whether or not you register for the service during this period. You can use the online bank to check the current balance and other account information on all deposit accounts and most credit accounts. Check transactions on your checking, savings and credit accounts. Set account alerts and notifications. You can sign up for online bill payment and use your Internet-connected device to pay bills and, in some cases, receive invoices electronically.
